TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of my service.
SERVICE
- Based on my schedule, I assign EST time frames to each individual commission.
- Unless you have paid for the right to do so, you are not permitted to use my work in any commercial* form (merchandise, etc.).
- I have the rights to my work and the rights to use them for social media and portfolio purposes.
- If you are a minor, parent/legal guardian approval is required.
- You may not claim that you are the editor of my work!
PAYMENT
- All prices that are listed are BASE/STARTING PRICES. The client is expected to contact me for an exact quote. Preferably ​the Client ​should pay FULL Upfront.
- I also accept a 50% deposit, but due to the additional fees, I will add an additional 5% to the overall quote (blame PayPal ​not me). ​Regarding No. 3, the finished piece will not be sent to the client until the remaining balance is paid.
- Rush Fees are applied if the client wants their piece completed quickly or ahead of others.
- If the Client wishes to use the work for monetary purposes, Commercial Fees* are calculated. The commercial fee may be ​increased ​to twice (200%) the initial quote.
- My works, whether personal or commissioned, may not be used in any form of cryptocurrency, NFT, or blockchain ​technology.
